For the past 17 years Opti-Mom Founder, Laurel Crossley-Byers has been helping Clients focus on that which is important to them Mind, Body & Spirit.  Through a Meditative and Future Visualization process unique to Opti-Mom, we are able to “unlock” the details that propel Clients forward personally and professionally!  Sessions are offered either through Video Chat on Skype or Telephone.
